FIFA 15 Wishlist: 15 Improvements It Must Make

3. Trophy Celebrations

You spend hours of taking your team through a grueling campaign of football, finish top of the league after a stressful season and are rewarded by what can only be described as the most awkward celebrations ever, where no one looks like they're enjoying themselves and they're holding aloft a seemingly inflatable version of the Premier League. FIFA has shown that they actually do have an idea what things should look like when you're celebrating a trophy as the 2010 World Cup game featured some much better animations. That was four years ago, yet EA are still yet to apply this to their flagship title. For reasons unknown, we're still left with the same celebrations we've seen time and time again. The worst part is, the only thing that changes is the trophy. Your players will celebrate winning the Charity Shield in the same style that they would if they've won the Champions League. It's painful to watch. We need animations that look less clunky, awkward and bizarre. They need to flow. Ideally, we'd all love to see various animations for championship celebrations so there is slight differences when we've won another cup. Personally, I'd love to be able to have some element of control over these celebrations. There's plenty that EA could do here but still year after year we're left with nothing new. Change it.
