10. Isaac Cuenca - 73

Things haven't gone terribly well for Isaac Cuenca since his 16 appearances for the Barcelona first team between 2011-2014. He was a highly-rated winger at the Catalan giants after emerging from a few years in their youth system, but before the end of his spell with Barca, he was loaned to Ajax where his opportunities were limited. Eventually, the club and player parted ways, leaving Cuenca free to join Deportivo on a 1-year deal. He made 27 appearances, but the struggling Spanish side narrowly avoided relegation after a spell of turmoil and could not keep Cuenca at the club. He's a free agent with 86 agility, 82 dribbling and 83 ball control on the last game, so he could be a shrewd move for a lower-Premier League team.
