Player interactions are one thing but most Manager Mode players gather around darkened tables in pubs and lament that inevitable moment that their star player (usually an important defender) decides that his time is up at the club for some entirely arbitrary reason.
Those who have experienced Borussia Dortmund's Mats Hummels tell them that he is homesick (despite being German) before completing a move to Real Madrid for half of his value can tell you the agony of these ridiculous decisions generated by the game engine.
Surely signposting warning signs of a player's discontent or even bringing in that element of interaction would save players the indignity of losing that talismanic player that they've been building their team around?
