9. Use Driven Shots
A much-requested (and happily-received) addition to FIFA 17 has been the introduction of driven shots, allowing for more choice and precision when taking aim at goal. Simply hold the shoot button (not too much - aim for a maximum of three bars) and tap it a second time to unleash a low strike.
This can also be done on the volley, and can lead to some spectacular goals if mastered. Even if you don't find the back of the net each time, it's a nice way to vary attacks and catch your opponent off guard - and could potentially lead to a crucial deflection.
