FIFA 18: 10 Improvements We Want To See In Career Mode

1. Option To Switch Clubs At The End Of Each Season

Picture the scene: you've taken West Ham to the Premier League title one season and European success the next. Suddenly, the job offers start flocking in, and you begin to wonder what managing one of the bigger clubs might be like. Don't hold out hope, because applying is often followed by rejection.

This is game-breaking stuff from EA. A simple fix would be bringing back the ability to switch to any club come the end of the season. It's noble of the developers to strive for a more realistic 'Job Offer' idea, but it's frustrating to be stuck at the same club regardless of a bursting trophy cabinet.

Winning constantly with smaller teams should have top sides fighting it out for your manager's signature. As things stand in FIFA 17, the constant string of mid-table German, French and Italian teams that come in waving contracts only to take them off the table immediately once you apply does little to encourage.

EA have the chance to develop individual career stories here. Sort it out for FIFA 18, please.
