4. Marcos Reus - Borussia Dortmund - 86
FIFA 17 Rating: 88
Marco Reus can probably count himself aggrieved to drop two points this year, but he has suffered two major injuries in the last season and a bit and he was limited to only 17 appearances last year for Dortmund. Real world Reus is out injured until the new year, and his potential rating in FIFA 18 will no doubt reflect the fact, but it's still a little unfair to punish him.
It's not like he's not still the same class midfielder.
3. Diego Costa - Chelsea - 86
FIFA 17 Rating: 86
He might feel like a slave at Chelsea at the minute, but Diego Costa's valuation with EA Sports hasn't changed at all He's still an 86 overall, after scoring 20 goals last year for the Blues as they won the league.
He's strong, aggressive and his 89 rating for finishing in FIFA 17 should be the same this year. Atypically for popular FIFA strikers, he's not very quick, but he'll certainly know where the goal is.
