FIFA 19: 10 Changes To Be Most Excited About

1. Customisable Managers

In the exact same video, FootyManagerTV showed more concept art from a user called @FUTMENTOR, and it shows one of the manager templates from the past few games standing next to a "Manager's Locker". Again, the actual image here is unofficial - remember that.

Still, it does look like EA will include at least some manager customisation in FIFA 19. Once again, this is something holding Career Mode back. Not everyone who plays the game looks like the meagre amount of presets in FIFA 18, and it doesn't make sense that one can create players but not managers to prowl the technical area.

By taking some nuances from Alex Hunter's Journey last year, like the option to unlock new hairstyles and clothing, EA would be doing themselves a favour. Adding a little more (admittedly aesthetic) freedom to the Career suite would help it a lot.

Being able to build your manager from the ground up has always been one area FIFA lags behind PES. Not anymore, it seems.
