It's important to note that the image attached to this entry is a fan concept pulled from Football Manager and FIFA fan channel FootyManagerTV on YouTube. In one of their latest videos, the team there showed some whipped up impressions of what new press conferences in Career Mode might look like.
They're similar to the ones we've already seen in The Journey before, and the narrator made one very good point about EA already having those cutscenes at their fingertips. If we've seen them in other parts of previous FIFA games, then it shouldn't be too much trouble for the developers to apply them to Career and up the immersion levels as a result.
Having the chance to answer questions from the media about new signings, upcoming matches, big rival teams and other storyline details will be amazing.
FootyManagerTV say press conferences in Career Mode are a done deal. Good, because they're long overdue. Everyone is sick to the back teeth of choosing between "Praise" and "Unnerve" without actually impacting much on the pitch for the following match.
