7. Benjamin Pavard - 80
Benjamin Pavard was one of France's best performers at the World Cup in Russia, and yet he's rated a flat 80 in FIFA 19.
Of course, it's easy to get over-hyped on a player following a World Cup, especially a player who scored one of the best goals in the entire tournament. However, there is no hyperbole when it comes to Benjamin Pavard.
The 22 year old is a first-team player for Stuttgart in Bundesliga, and cemented himself as one of the most promising right-backs in the world. He might not be the finished article yet, but he will continue to grow and prove himself - which is where his apt FIFA potential of 86 comes in. However rating him 81 in the interim is a smidge low, as he will continue to prove in the German League.
