7. Fortnite Emotes Are Coming To FIFA

If you're like us, then you rely on the same core set of celebrations when finding the net in FIFA 18. Perhaps it's that old Klinsmann dive that gets you going, or maybe a simple "Shh" gesture towards opposition fans is all you need. Whatever the case, it looks like FIFA 19 will feature some new ways to party post-goal.

They might even mimic Antoine Griezmann's personal tribute to Fortnite's "Take The L" emote.

FIFA 19‘s Creative Director Matt Prior said during a recent interview that EA are dedicated to replicating what happens in real football as much as they can. He also specifically mentioned Griezmann and Fortnite during the chat, before then making sure to temper things by saying he didn't know how licensing issues would work.

If the Fortnite celebration does make it in, then it wouldn't be the first time EA have used real-world moments in their games. The popular "Muscle Flex" celebration was included because of Mario Balotelli, and there's room for more fun additions exactly like it.
