A disappointing title defence from Chelsea last season won't have dampened EA's opinion of the Belgian, especially considering his World Cup performances in a side which truly allowed his to showcase his ability.
His 90 rating on last year's game will increase accordingly as his attacking stats develop to rival that of Neymar's (we'll get to him). Hazard is hitting his prime as a winger, and terrifies any defence he runs at; his dribbling, shooting and pace stats all merit an upgrade as a result.
If Chelsea's decent start to the Premier League season continues, Hazard could be challenging for being in the top 3 best players on FIFA 19.
