Football Manager 2013: 10 Improvements That Would Make It Great

10. OVERLOAD . . . . DAMN YOU OVERLOAD!!!

Any hardcore FM player will tell you that going 1 goal down in the latter stages on a match is a right old pain in the backside, and consequently in these fragile last moments it would would be comforting to have some sort of weapon at your disposal. In previous FM's the 'overload' option was one such weapon, a rally cry to the troops to relentlessly attack the opponent until that most precious of equalisers was scored, or the other team scored a second. FM 12 however is a different kettle of fish. You see the developers decided, perhaps intentionally or by accident, that they would completely nullify any effect had by hitting 'overload', apart from it's tendency to seemingly speed up the clock. I would be willing to forget this ever happened if they would kindly promise to revert 'overload' to its former glory for the new release.
