4. Media Interaction
The player comments and media interaction elements of the game have also had work done to them. Previously you could set a tone when speaking to players, i.e. aggressive, calm and passionate etc, and depending on their personality and the situation the player would then respond to your comments and a conversation would ensue. Now you can carry this over when dealing with the media, if a journalist goes down a route on questioning you dont like, simply snap at him that you dont want to discuss that issue and you can move swiftly on. However if you're being asked about a potential transfer target and you would like to clarify just how much you would love him to sign, this option now exists too. I found that players were much more responsive then previously and that you have to decide carefully how to deal with them as individuals, as well as a collective. In one pre-season match I played, my team were winning 3-0 at half time, at this point I made a few changes and told them to take their foot off the gas... The end result was 3-3.
