4. Papiss Cisse's Finishing

Two years ago, Papiss Cisse had a huge impact on Newcastle United's fortunes, but thanks to the wayward influence of Demba Ba, and a dramatic lack of confidence, Cisse's fortunes in front of goal Cisse proved in a couple of games that he could still hit the back of the net from a long way out, but his lack of composure, and his finishing in close quarters was so bad that there's no way a 20 for something as key as finishing could ever possibly be right now. What Are The Chances? After last season, Cisse's rating must surely be re-evaluated. For the same reason that the Senegalese striker's end of season form in 2011/12 (and some astonishing goals) pushed his stats, and especially his finishing rating up, last season's relative disaster should affect them negatively. Cisse's form was probably highly-publicised enough that Cisse will listen, and players will probably find that Newcastle are a far more challenging prospect than they were last year.
