6. RB Leipzig
RB Leipzig aren't too dissimilar to Watford in that they have a wealthy backer in the second tier. Unlike Watford though, Leipzig have no history and are disliked because of the corporate nature of their club. Unlike Red Bull's other teams in Salzburg, New York and Brazil, they weren't allowed to incorporate their name into Leipzig's, so they instead chose random words with initials RB (RasenBallsport = lawn bowl sports). They were able to name their 44,000-seater stadium the Red Bull Arena, though! Managing Leipzig isn't a romantic option but, if you relish the idea of creating your own history for a team that lacks one, they're a great option. It may be hard to attract players to a new club but, then again, Red Bull's money has already worked some magic to attract Massimo Bruno, Ante Rebic and Marvin Compper. Bruno was immediately sent out on loan to Red Bull Salzburg, with the hope that he'll return to Bundesliga football. Joshua Kimmich is a promising young talent who can help you get there. Is it possible to put morals aside and create history, like Hoffenheim did?
