Football Manager 2015: 10 Hardest Career Challenges You Must Tackle

9. Feyenoord

Objective: Rebuild and thrive. Ronald Koeman's departure as manager and a good World Cup campaign from the Netherlands has gutted the playing squad and staff of the Rotterdam club, leaving plenty to be done for the Dutch giants to press Ajax for the Eredevisie title in the coming year. Graziano Pelle has followed his former coach to St. Mary's, while the departures of Bruno Martins Indi, Stefan de Vrij and Daryl Janmaat have ensured Feyenoord need to put their trust in an almost entirely different defensive unit. The sales of these players have, of course, left some funds to be played with, but the highly regarded youth facilities will need to be utilised to ensure that one of the Netherlands' most successful clubs don't veer off-track in the short-term. Keeping hold of captain and midfield metronome Jordy Clasie will be key to any success future managers will enjoy at De Kuip, but being able to cash in on the Dutchman could fund signings and strengthen the playing squad in other key areas. Replacing the goals of Pelle, who netted over 50 times in the past two seasons for Feyenoord, will certainly take some doing if the club are to have any title aspirations during the coming campaign.
