Football Manager 2015 Tips: 10 Ways To Guarantee World Domination
4. Loan The Kids Out
Team morale is a big deal, even if its effect on actual results is somewhat intangible. It's not like a tactical change or a substitution, but having Unhappy players in your squad does impact their performance levels. So juggling talent and making sure everyone is happy is a big part of being a success in Football Manager 2015. That is an issue when you have young players who you know are going to come good, but not yet, because allowing them to wallow in the reserves, or keeping them in the first team picture but not ever getting them on the pitch aside from 4 or 5 games a season will make them want first team football elsewhere pretty sharpish. The answer - inevitably - is to send them out on loan. Let another club turn potential ability into actual ability and keep the players happy, and you will benefit in the long-term. Just don't then increase your squad size and force them further down the pecking order.
