So, you've assembled your squad. You've got a hyper-charged squad, and now you need to unleash them on the world. The Arsenal board expect you to win the Premier League in the first season. That may sound like a huge task, but seriously, Arsenal have an immense squad and a heap of money to spend. With a bit of tactical nous, it's certainly do-able. Don't worry about winning a quadruple in your first season, make the Premier League your focus. After a year, some of the wonderkids you've invested in may start to flourish, as well as Arsenal's current crop of exciting young players. Gradually bleed them into your setup in cup games or deploy them out on loan, just make sure they're getting regular games at a decent level. I'd say your second year should be a Premier League/any cup competition double, then as soon as your third year you could be fighting for a treble or more. Just keep the finances under control, and focus on winning everything with kids...
