10. You're Going To Be On The Touchline

This year you're going to get closer to the pitch than ever before. One of the biggest new features on Football Manager 2016 is that you can now create yourself meaning one of the biggest tasks on this year's release will be deciding if you're wearing a suit or a tracksuit? Pep Guardiola or Tony Pulis? The manager photograph never really worked on previous editions as it wasn't displayed enough and was therefore pretty pointless but on FM16 your self-designed character will appear on the touchline (on the 3D match engine) adding another slick feature to this year's game. Select clothes, style, size, age, and a whole host of personal details to create a completely custom manager.
