Sports Interactive pride themselves on representing the beautiful game better than anyone else on the market. Their game is one players can rely on to give up-to-date stats, an immersive, realistic footballing world and that authentic experience nobody else can match.

Those boasts are let down badly by the fact there's no representation for the women's game at all. Including some playable leagues or international sides in FM 2019 is essential.

If nothing else, SI should seriously think about putting the Women's Super League 1 into their game. This would be the chance for footy fans (male or female) to enjoy working with top players like Reading's Fara Williams or Man City's Steph Houghton. From there, there'd also be the chance to become head coach of England and other, unique scenarios we've never seen before.

The women's game is on the rise, and FM needs to put that across later this year. No, it probably wouldn't be as popular as managing teams in the men's Premier League or abroad, but women's football should be in the game at least.
