Football Manager 2021: 12 Essential Improvements It Needs

The women's game is woefully over-looked and making an in-depth women's side of the game would be a huge selling point and would set FM out from the rest. Fifa games have started looking at this. That's impressive but FM21 could take a huge leap forward in including 12 different nation leagues.

It's not enough that female staff members are included or that you can play as a female manager. There needs to be more. There needs to be better representation. If not, that's a huge part of the population missed out and potentially lost as customers.

A forward-thinking company wouldn't wait until it's being demanded. They would make the part of the game and anticipate change. If they don't do this, then I can see them being left behind by their rivals - some may say in a boardroom.
