8. Shoot Suspicious Bushes On Sight
One of the sneakiest tactics that popped up in the early days of Battle Royale was to hide in bushes while crouched and just let the enemies stroll straight past you.
With certain foliage being able to obscure you to the point of near-invisibility, some one-on-one matches would devolve into two players hiding in plain sight, waiting for the other to reveal themselves.
While it's still a viable tactic now though, it's popular enough that you shouldn't feel stupid firing a few rounds at a bush that looks at you the wrong way. It might be nothing, but if you spent that extra second trying to see whether there was someone actually lurking inside, it could give them the opportunity they need to take you out first.
