Friday The 13th Game Review: 4 Ups & 5 Downs

4. Overpriced

Graphical quirks aren't the only thing preventing people from buying Friday the 13th. A hefty price tag is also a key reason for killing off consumers.

Friday the 13th: The Game goes for $39.99, a price that is ridiculous considering how underdeveloped it feels. Players will spend most of their time trying to get the game to work, let alone actually enjoying it, so paying almost full price feels like robbery.

This problem would be alright if the game was brimming with content but, as stated before, one of its biggest problems is that it's an online-only experience.

Gun Media seriously need to consider lowering the price of the game. Even if they end up adding a bunch more content, the game isn't going to get any momentum without having a decent starting player base, a near impossibility right now because of the price.
