Ghost Recon: Wildlands - 6 Reasons The Story Completely Fails

3. Questionable Acts With No Consideration Or Aftermath

General Baro is the commander of Unidad - a Bolivian special forces unit that failed to dismantle the Santa Blanca.

In order to prevent more bloodshed, Baro struck a deal with El Sueno, allowing the kingpin to run his operation once he limits the killing. This is a questionable act, granted, but rather reasonable when taking into consideration the circumstances and the power possessed by the cartel, yet it is condemned by the CIA and the Ghosts.

One of the player's objectives is to get to the general and basically kidnap him. In order to reach him, the player is presented with a questionable act, although it's not revealed as such:

To get the information about the general, one of the Ghosts finds his daughter and puts a gun to her head. Once he gets the information, he just leaves. Once again there's no consideration of the deed, nor second thoughts.
