God Of War: 10 Awesome Rare Items You Totally Missed

7. The Infinity Gauntlet! (Talisman)

The Item: Okay, so it's not actually the Infinity Gauntlet, but the seemingly useless Shattered Gauntlet Of Ages talisman can be turned into quite the beast with a couple of upgrades and a few specific enchantments.

The talisman maxes out at Level 5, with three enchantment slots and 17 defence. That's cool, but its core ability (L1 + O) doesn't seem to do much of... anything. You'll need to be aware of a neat trick to get the most out of this one.

The Shattered Gauntlet Of Ages is a nod to Avengers: Infinity War's Infinity Gauntlet. This also means that the Infinity Stones are in God Of War too - in the form of six enchantments - and by adding three of them to the talisman, its core ability becomes a powerful missile-like attack, similar to the MCU Power Stone's purple beam of light.

You'll need three of the following enchantments:

- Eye Of The Outer Realm (the Space Stone).
- Andvari's Soul (the Soul Stone).
- Ivaldi's Corrupted Mind (the Mind Stone).
- Asgard's Shard Of Existence (the Reality Stone).
- Muspelheim Eye Of Power (the Power Stone).
- Njord's Temporal Stone (the Time Stone).

Slot any three of these onto the talisman and you're good to go. We've already covered Eye Of The Outer Realm; the other two that are easiest to get are Andvari's Soul (complete the "Second Hand Soul" Brok favour) and the Muspelheim Eye Of Power, which can be bought from the Muspelheim shop.

How To Get It: The talisman itself can be acquired during the "Family Business" favour for Sindri. During this mission, you'll end up fighting a Traveller on a boat. Kill him and the reward is yours!

He has been writing and video editing for 10+ years, and first got a taste for content creation after making his own Doctor Who trailers and uploading them to YouTube (they're admittedly a bit rusty by today's standards). If you need someone to recite every Doctor Who episode in order or to tell you about the making of 1988's Remembrance of the Daleks, Danny is the person to ask.
