GTA 6: 10 Classic Vehicles That MUST Return
9. Banshee
Appeared in: GTA III, GTA: Vice City, GTA: San Andreas, GTA Advance, GTA: Liberty City Stories, GTA: Vice City Stories, GTA IV, GTA: Chinatown Wars, GTA V, GTA Online
The original speed demon; this sleekly striped supercar was first seen hiding behind the temptingly fragile glass of an unmanned St. Marks showroom in 2001's GTA III. Next thing we knew, we were driving it through that same glass, screaming through Liberty City where our new wheels would likely be flipped and in flames within moments.
The Banshee’s exhilarating acceleration and tight steering make it the ideal car for getaways, provided players don’t get a little overzealous. The slightest dent and its beautiful doors are liable to come flying off.
Other than its admittedly frail exterior, however, the Banshee is a dream to drive, and it’s appeared and evolved through every GTA game since that revolutionary 2001 title. It’s hard to imagine Grand Theft Auto without it, and, dare we suggest, GTA 6 can be no true Grand Theft Auto entry without the Banshee available to boost.
