GTA 6: 10 Gameplay Rumours We Hope Are True
7. Your Personal Vehicle Means More
We touched upon Red Dead Redemption 2 earlier with regards to the game's chapter system, but another rumoured feature making the jump from RDR to GTA is that your personal vehicle will be the storage unit of your array of weapons, not your character's apparent never-ending pockets.
In terms of a realism aspect, this makes sense. Why would you be able to carry a pistol, a machine gun, a rocket launcher, and a handful of grenades - to name but a few - on your person at all times? It simply isn't feasible.
What happened in Red Dead was that you actually had to call upon your horse in order to switch between your guns, as they were all stored on your four-legged pal. As far as realism goes, this does make sense.
Of course, this is a feature that would dramatically change how we play the Grand Theft Auto games. We're so used to switching between guns with one flick of a button that it may seem silly for Rockstar to change their stance on this so far into the game's legendary history.
It's a problem they caused, though. If they were able to do such a thing in their latest game. why wouldn't they be able to do it for their next? Personal vehicles are already a vastly important feature of GTA, but this would only further emphasise their importance.
