GTA 6: 10 Killer Features That Would Make It Great
7. Vice City Stories' Real Estate Management
After blowing everything to smithereens and clearing the landscape, there'd be nothing to stop your Tony Montana wannabe from erecting new businesses in their place and creating a crime racket to be proud of.
Rockstar have dabbled with this before in Vice City Stories. It was primitive, sure, and yet piecing together a money-making empire as Vic Vance was a feature that helped the PSP release (then an exclusive at release) stand out. It'd be a welcome comeback if the game's writers could find a way to make real estate matter.
Some refinement of the formula, which had you darting from place-to-place and defending from attacking forces, would be needed for sure. Get that right though and Rockstar would be encouraging players to live out their empire-building dreams.
Buy Sunshine Autos or destroy the franchise entirely and build a car showroom of your own. That's the kind of decisions GTA 6 needs to introduce.
