GTA: Ranking The 10 Funniest Characters EVER

8. Maurice Chavez

Despite never having actually physically appeared in the series, Maurice Chauvez more than made his presence felt in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

The host of 'Pressing Issues', a radio show on VCPR, Maurice is an angry, apparently Spanish talk show host who regularly gets put together with ridiculous people.

Hilarity ensures with practically everybody he talks to.

Some highlights include Maurice talking to a man who has denounced clothing ("Clothes are a lie, Maurice!", "No, Barry, clothes are a way of keeping warm and not getting arrested."), an American patriot named Mr. F Hickory (the F stands for Florida, which is tattooed all over his groin) and a pastor who wants to send people to hell on his own 'ark', a Pastor Richards statue of himself.

The entire radio show is absolutely hilarious. Whether Maurice is revealing that he was a clown 6 years ago, trying to cope with the mothers of the group 'Moms Against Popular Culture', or trying to contain Barry Stark and his obsession with nakedness, there's so much to enjoy.
