GTA V: 10 Forgotten Features We Want To Return

6. "The Crusher"

"The Crusher" as it was commonly referred to was an auto-crusher at junkyards in GTA III, GTA Advance and GTA Liberty City Stories. It enjoyed only a short tenure in the GTA series but was one of the more unique ways to murder people in GTA III. The Crusher featured in two missions - "Dead Skunk In the Trunk" and "The Crook", which sees the player use the device as means of destroying evidence; crushing the corpse of a gangster and crushing the car of a murder victim respectively. It could also be used outside of missions - The player could pick up a prostitute for example, drive into the red marker next to the crusher, exit the vehicle and watch as both were violently crushed to death. Interestingly, the Crusher featured in Grand Theft Auto 2, albeit in a much more limited form compared to its presence in GTA III. Then, the player could crush vehicles for a cash or weapon reward.
