3. Three Leaf Clover
The heist-based mission 'Three Leaf Clover' was one of the highlights of GTA IV when Niko Bellic and his cronies were tasked with robbing a bank and escaping from a never-ending stream of cops with the loot. So much so, it is widely considered by fans as being the best ever mission in the franchise, and even inspired Rockstar to make successor GTA V more heist-centric five years later. Borrowing from Michael Mann's 1995 film 'Heat', Three Leaf Clover saw the player perform a simple bank raid, but chaos ensues when one of the team are shot dead and the police turn up, prompting a frantic escape through the subways, back up onto the streets and finally into a getaway car with most of the Liberty City Police Department on your tail.
