3. Better Competitive Multiplayer
GTA has, and always has had, a single-player focus; even GTA IV, which was the first GTA title to pioneer its own competitive online multiplayer (that wasn't created by the online PC modding community). And it was pretty good. Better, it was pretty great. But then Red Dead Redemption was released, providing the entire open world single player map as the battlefield. And that was more than great, that was a multiplayer revolution. This is what the people really seem to be asking for; online multiplayer access to the entirety of GTA V's open world, possibly with multiplayer modes and online challenges accessible from certain locations peppered around the map. And this is one that I'd say you'd be alright holding your breath for. R* are really pushing GTA V's multiplayer in the run-up to release, promising promising to re-define open-world multiplayer entirely, so I don't think for a second that the above is out of the question. In fact I'd say it's probably the tip of the iceberg. Which is good news for everyone.
