2. The Phone
As expected, the classic GTA phone feature will be making a return in GTA V but has, according to Game Informer, had many of its features altered accordingly to fit with the time-period. For example, you'll now be able to access the internet from your smart phone at any time, meaning those annoying drives to the TW@ internet cafe are thankfully a thing of the past. Again, I'm certain this is the tip of the iceberg. R* have been keen to indicate that 'a lot' of its features have been altered leading me to wonder what more they could possibly include to improve on this feature further. Maybe we'll be able to video call; maybe it'll feature more heavily in the missions; maybe it'll be more heavily customisable, allowing for custom user-inputted ringtones and wallpapers. At this stage, it's really anyone's guess. Maybe this isn't the most astounding of announcements, I'll be the first to admit, but the fact that its been mentioned by R* at all intrigues me. Just what are they planning?! We'll have to wait and see but I'm certainly curious to find out.
