1. The Standoff Method
Are you feeling brave? Do you have plenty of ammo and a machine gun of Heisenberg caliber? Then this method is for you! Now, of course, if you happen to get a 5 star wanted level during a mission, then you'll probably want to avoid this method as you'll screw up your mission. However, for those just wanting to cause some mayhem, sometimes it's fun to just try and outlast the cops. The Los Santos Police Department must have excellent wages and benefits, because these f***ers will just keep spawning for a long time, no matter how many you kill. I have found, though, that after you've killed a lot of cops and downed their helicopters, there's usually a small window of quiet before the Army shows up. This is not the greatest method of trying to survive a 5 star wanted level, but you'll certainly have a lot of fun trying it. So, they were my tips for surviving a 5 star wanted level.
