https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1qKC55tjVOY Running the gamut from visual flourishes and upgrades, to an overhauled policing system, cooler physics and tweaked accuracy levels, the Realism mod comes with a list of features so long you can practically wallpaper your room with it. There isn't nearly enough room here to list them all, but suffice it to say that when you're through with this one, GTA V is a whole new experience. Are you tired of beating down civilians for looking at you sideways only to then have your crimes magically beamed to the LSPD despite the absence of a living witness? This mod rubs out that little blemish straightaway- crimes must now be reported to the police before any action is taken. And it doesn't stop there, as the accuracy rating among the ranks of the LSPD corresponds to the level of force you're dealing with, meaning that lowly traffic officers don't fire with the pin-point accuracy of SWAT squads. In addition to the overhauled combat, there's also the fact that police searches have been tweaked to allow a little more breathing space, although you shouldn't get too comfortable as it's now possible for police officers to enter properties. The fun doesn't end there, and additional upgrades include: increased weapon recoil, tweaked explosive properties, breakable objects, puncture wounds that squirt blood (as well as detailed exit wounds), and ammunition counts (meaning that NPCs can run dry).
