4. Franklin Kills Trevor... Just As Trevor Is Killing Michael
You're standing in the front porch of your mansion as Franklin, looking at your choices. You can waste Trevor, the methhead lunatic who has shown a tendency to be a loose cannon. You can waste your mentor, Michael, the man who is basically singlehandedly responsible for the $30 million in your bank account. You can waste neither, and take on any number of corporate or government entities who plan to pursue you until you and your pals are deep in the ground. Seems like the methhead is the guy who has got to go, right? You hop in your ride and drive to the desert to do the deed. Only Trevor isn't there. You put a gun to Ron's head, who's lurking in Trevor's trailer. He tells you that Trevor went to Los Santos to take care of some unfinished business with an old friend. Panicked, you floor it back to Michael's mansion and hurry inside. The family is nowhere to be found, but Michael is on his knees in the living room with Trevor behind him, pistol planted firmly in the back of his head. You tell him he doesn't need to do this, tell him to let Michael go. Trevor, unable to let betrayals of the past go, doesn't see it that way. He pulls the trigger, just as Franklin does the same. Both of your mentors are left on the living room floor, and all you can do about it is get back in your car and get out of there before anyone sees you.
