3. Meat Cleaver

The meat cleaver was available in GTA Vice City and Liberty City Stories. It could either be purchased for $50 dollars from a hardware shop in the former title, or found on Triads in the latter after they had been killed. The meat cleaver could damage cars if you struck a vehicle with one, and would also leave victims trailing drops of blood if used on an enemy. One of the more brutal of weapons in the Grand Theft Auto series to date, it has not fatured in any game since.
