3. Domestic Abuse
Perhaps you're wandering through the neighbourhood late at night and you hear shouting and screaming coming from a nearby house. You look across the street and see that the front door of someone's home has been kicked in, and there's a smashed window. What do you do? Do you allow the incident to go unnoticed, do you pull out your cellphone and call the cops, or do you take the law into your own hands, enter the house, and take care of the situation yourself, using your own brand of justice? Leaving the situation unattended could result in future instances of this kind in the neighbourhood, while putting a stop to it could bring peace and safety to the community, resulting in you becoming a local hero.
