GTA V: 5 Reasons Why We Need UFO-Based DLC

5. Zombies Are Soooooo 2010

When it comes to discussing downloadable content, zombie-based add-ons tend to be popular with gamers looking for a more alternative approach to the game. The living dead sell. Rockstar's 2010 entry Red Dead Redemption - Undead Nightmare sold two million units at retail, and received a 'perfect' 10/10 rating from IGN. It makes sense then that fans are calling for zombie-centred content, but zombie DLC is "soooooo 2010" and has been used be developers so many times that it's bordering on the cliché. If Rockstar are to take a supernatural approach with their upcoming GTA V expansion pack, we'd much prefer a fresh approach and an alien-based add on. The extraterrestrial and Grand Theft Auto go hand in hand, after all, with a whole raft of "Easter Eggs" hinting at their existence in San Andreas - some subtle, some not so much. And we believe it's time they got a bit of extra attention in 2014.
