GTA V: 5 Reasons Why It Doesn't Need Cheat Codes

2. You have Plenty Of Backup From Multiple Protagonists

GTAcharacter There's also the feeling that GTA V is becoming a little bit too easy, particularly when we consider the "switch mechanic". With three playable characters, we will find that we have plenty of backup when it comes to taking on the game's missions. If Michael is in a jam for example and finds himself surrounded by bad guys, the player can switch to Trevor on a rooftop holding a sniper rifle and pick off those surrounding the former bank robber and if Trevor gets into trouble, we can just switch to Franklin and have him take everyone out with a machine gun from out of nowhere. Okay, maybe it won't quite work exactly like this, but you get the point. I used to use cheat codes in previous GTA games because my one, central character either ran out of ammo or was low on health and was about to die, but now that we have another way to navigate problems such as these, we really have no excuse to cheat.
