2. The Richness Of The Game World
As mentioned earlier, it's not just the map itself which shows the gulf between GTA IV and GTA V, but also what the map is filled with. Pedestrians get robbed, police officers and criminals engage in shootouts, and there are plenty of adventures to be had with the various "strangers and freaks" dotted throughout the game's world. Activities including tennis, cycling, parachuting and darts, all of which offer a change of pace from the rampaging of the main storyline or the multiplayer mode. Features which make a return from previous instalments are the ability to change the player character's clothes, tattoos and hairstyles. A wide variety of each is available, allowing an individual twist to be applied to Franklin, Michael and Trevor. If one player wants Michael to look like a member of the Cosa Nostra, they can keep him well-groomed and put him in a suit. If another player wants him to look like a road -weary trucker, they can get him a checkered shirt and a cap and they're good to go. The decision is entirely their own, which is nice.
