3. Surf Board

In case you're wondering, no, the ability to surf in Grand Theft Auto has not featured so far in the series. The above image is merely a mod. However, it does provide us with an idea of just how fun it would be. Quite how the controls would work, we're unsure, but hey, if Rockstar are letting us perform yoga and play tennis and golf, we're pretty confident they'd be able to figure out a way to include surfing. And perhaps this is where that paddle would come into play...
