GTA V Remastered: 10 Reasons To Revisit San Andreas

5. Online Heists

Without a doubt, the biggest complaint about GTA Online right now is the lack of online heists. Originally promised as part of the GTA Online unveiling, a troubled start to Online life saw Rockstar delay the Heist update repeatedly. They're reportedly due to be released imminently but at this point, who knows. By the time the next-gen versions of Grand Theft Auto V roll out in "Fall", online heists should be up and running, so let's discuss what we hope is included with this highly desired updated. In the single player campaign, planning a heist is just as important as the actual heist itself. Allowing us to plan our own heists online would add replay value by the bucketload; using different routes, different escape vehicles and hitting up different areas would all contribute to providing an experience that changes every time. Of course, it'll be limited in some regards (there will probably only be a couple of heists to begin with) but Rockstar will undoubtedly keep adding more with every content patch they make. Plus, if they're smart (which they are), they'll open up the creative tools to the community, allowing users to create their own heists from scratch. That might be a bit of a stretch but it's entirely possible. Hopefully, this will all be up and running fully by the time the next-gen versions of GTA V roll out, meaning there will be a wealth of content for you to enjoy if you wait patiently for the updated versions of the game. Even if you do return to the 360 or PS3 as soon as the heist update launches, the nature of these missions should keep you coming back for more. Then again, Rockstar might delay the update till next year and we'll watch as society tears itself apart in fury. Come on Rockstar, release the update soon; the fate of the world may depend on it.
