GTA V Review: 10 Things We Love

6. Randomly Generated Encounters

Gtarandom As well as having a variety of miscellaneous activities to enjoy, there are also randomly generated encounters to keep us on our toes and what Rockstar call "Freaks" to discover and talk to. Once, while out driving back home, we stumbled upon two guys holding up a shopkeeper in an armed robbery, so we shot them both dead and stole their loot. Then there's the "Freaks" we mentioned, represented by question marks on the map. These people are exactly what Rockstar call them and normally have some unusual requests for the character, like helping them tow away a "junker" car that's been abandoned by the side of the road. It is this sort of thing that is going to keep us playing GTA V long after the story missions have been beaten.
