GTA V: Ultimate Wishlist

15. Customized Cars

The ability to go hands-on with your automobile modifications was such a spectacular addition to GTA: SA that it was a disappointment when it was removed in GTA IV. What a pain in the rear end it was to pull your car into the paint shop, then wonder which color you were going to see next. Sure, it takes up more time to choose for yourself, but cars are such an integral part of the game (it's not called Grand Theft Auto for nothing) that you get rather invested in the vehicles you come in contact with. I can remember the fun I had pulling my Blade into the Loco Low Co. and making it my very own. I always went with a green flame job and hard top. It was menacing, and it was mine. And for a game representing Southern California, it would be a crime not to delve deep into the car culture of the region. With nearly year-round amazing weather and thousands of miles of cruise-worthy roads, it practically begs Rockstar to bring back customization of vehicles.
