2. Roman Bellic

No, nobody wants to be pestered with incessant phone calls inviting them to go bowling, drinking or for a game of darts in GTA VI. That 'social life' feature was one of IV's worst for sure, and it also made comic relief Roman Bellic slightly annoying when he really didn't need to be. 'Cousin Roman' remains one of IV's best characters despite his stalking ways.

Much like Trevor Philips, Roman's fate hinged on player choice. Cut a deal with Dimitri Rascalov and Niko's cousin would be shot during his own wedding ceremony, but decide instead to get revenge on Dimitri and Roman lives. Therefore, Rockstar can easily include his bumbling ways in GTA VI without it seeming odd.

Why not have the fledgling businessman take over Kaufman Cabs in Vice City, or inject even more comedy into proceedings by having him assume control of The Cherry Popper ice cream van business. Seeing Roman grow frustrated as he attempts to serve Vice City and create a life for his wife Mallory, young daughter Kate and himself could be fun.
