7. Living, Breathing Animal Kingdom
Looking at the excellent Far Cry 4, it's clear to see that Ubisoft Montreal worked their tails off to create a world that felt like it was revolving around the player, rather than existing because they did. In somewhat similar fashion to the expansions Rockstar could make with random citizens in GTA VI, they could also make giant leaps when it comes to the animal kingdom represented in the game. Animals have never really played a big part in Grand Theft Auto, and it's time for that to change. GTA V did feature more wildlife generally, and even had sharks roaming the seas, but these were few and far between - why not make the more remote areas of the map home to all sorts of animals? Wouldn't it be cool to have as many different creatures as possible in GTA VI? Again using Far Cry 4 as an example, Ubisoft worked animals into the very fabric of the game, and there's no reason why Rockstar couldn't do the same with GTA. Hunting side-quests and the over-whelming threat of being caught out in the wild by predators could be exciting, and could open up yet another element of game play to the Grand Theft Auto universe. It's optional whether or not animals are worked into the story, but they should have a much bigger presence.
