9. A Fresh Location
GTA III opened up Liberty City to the 3D landscape, Vice City was set in Rockstar's version of 1980's Miami and San Andreas felt absolutely huge when that game launched in 2004. Some fans of the series would love the developers to make a return to Vice City's excess, possibly in a more modern timeline. Then, there are others who believe it's time GTA moved onto new pastures. Over the years, rumours have been rife that Rockstar will someday produce a Grand Theft Auto game in London. Of course, GTA: London, 1969 has achieved this previously, but that was from a top-down perspective. If there's one thing that has become abundantly clear, it's that people now yearn to see what the game-makers can do with an entirely fresh locale. It just makes sense, and would help push the series on. GTA V's San Andreas was wonderful, but both that and Liberty have been done to death. If it's not Vice City, seeing a new environment would feel massive. That simple idea would go a long way to making GTA VI feel like the most fresh GTA title for years.
