GTA VI: 7 Awesome Things From V That Must Return

3. Multiplayer

Seemingly since the idea of online multiplayer became a thing, people have been crying out for the ultimate Grand Theft Auto experience online. GTA IV had a limited multiplayer suite, one more crudely shoe-horned in that it perhaps needed to be, but at least there was the opportunity there to play GTA with others over the internet. GTA V worked in a different fashion, largely revolving around assembling a gang for the purpose of bank robberies and heists. The technical side of Rockstar's vision came under a lot of criticism here, because servers didn't seem to be able to deal with the number of people who wanted to play, but these are all teething problems that can be ironed out in time for VI hitting the shelves. Giving multiplayer in VI more of a story all of its own would be incredible, especially if it harked back to some of the best GTA moments in history. Imagine if the game came pre-packaged with a modern Vice City for single player, only for multiplayer to take gamers back to the way the city used to be, crafting a prequel of sorts.
