GTA VI Rumours: 10 Biggest Speculations

A strong, well-written female protagonist from the UK you say?

Over the years, Grand Theft Auto has grown from being a curious top-down distraction to one of the biggest video game franchises ever. Something which helps make GTA so great - and differentiates it from a lot of other major games - is that it's not an annual release. Put it this way, it seems highly unlikely Rockstar, the brains behind the titles, will ever be looking to release GTA 2K16, or anything of that nature. No, there's a lot of love, care and attention that goes into ensuring each Grand Theft Auto game is bigger and better than the last. It's been said that good things come to those who wait, and that's certainly the case with GTA - it was a full 5 year wait between GTA IV and V, although admittedly there were some spin-offs (such as expansions packs for IV and the excellent 'Chinatown Wars'). It therefore makes sense that gamers are already looking forward to what GTA VI will offer. After all, this will be the first time Rockstar have developed a GTA title for the current generation of consoles. Although GTA V was re-released on PS4 and Xbox One, it was simply an enhanced version of pre-existing software. That won't be the case here, and folks are getting damn excited. So, kick back, relax, and lose yourself in the realm of possibility, because some of these big speculations just might become reality!
